This my first season with this bow. I have opted for a mid-sized aluminum arrow with 100 grain thunderheads(3 blade). It works very well, but is very fast and has taken a ittle time to adjust to. I also have a High Country Safari.

Darton Viper set on 72#, shooting 28" 2315 XX78s. I'm hoping to upgrade to a single cam by next season. I'd also like to try my hand at traditional archery. (It's always something to cost me $$$).

Mathews Conquest, 70#, Beman Hunter Carbon arrows, (the old kind), Muzzy 90 gr. 4-blades. No sights or release aid.

I've also got a PSE Blackhawk recurve, and a longbow that I play with occasionally, but I can never get consistent enough to hunt with them.

Rawhide, if you get this, please reply...I've been shooting a Bear First Strike since 1991...I love it. Thought about giving it up for a newer bow, but I am still killing deer with it, at least 2 per year minus my time in my beloved Marine Corps, so I just can't talk myself into parting with it.

How long have you been shooting yours? Have you noticed any problems with the limbs yet? I have not, but mine also had a 5 year break while I was off chasing two legged critters, versus the four legged kind. And as a side note, I'm 100% convinced that the four legged kind are 10 times smarter than ANY two legged critter I've ever chased around!

But at any rate, you are the first person I've seen who shoots that bow so I am interested in how much you like it.

Thanks and Semper Fi,

Eric

I shot a PSE Citation lightning one cam with 75% let off, combine with some carbon game trackers 200 and 75 gain rocket mimiblaster broadheads. It does the job real well! I was going to buy a citation 2 but could not realy afoard it right then. But now I am looking for a bow that I could convert into a bowfishing or for bow shoots.
