While fishing this morning in Henderson County on a lake in a very highly deer populated area, I came across 0 dead carcasses (none). I also paid a visit to my hunting farm of about 1000 acres and checked the water sources there, with no finds either, which is great news to me. Just wondering though, has anyone found any of the numerous affected deer, or heard of any being found in Henderson county? The last time I looked at the map on the state website, Henderson and Union were not highlighted. Now with every county surrounding them highlighted with cases of EHD, one would think those counties would have the diseases too. Just curious about this.

Checked out a pond in good deer territory this morning in Henderson Co, no dead deer there.

I didnt find any on the farm I hunt in Webster Co. today either. Hope they aren't hit to hard in my area but you never know.

Maybe with Henderson and Union having more water sources they will be less likely to be hit.
