Who uses Bear products. I have shot a Bear bow about all my life. I know there's a lot of good eqpt. out there but I've stuck with them for many years.

Rawhide,
I've also used Bear products. I've had, and still use, the same bear bow since I've started bowhunting. It's not the fastest bow out but it's reliable for me. I've shot several deer and even a Pope and Young Antelope with it and it keeps going. I haven't changed the string since I bought. I've got real comfortable shooting it and don't intend on buying a new one for awhile. My friend, as well, shoots a bear bow. He has had his longer than I have and still produces deer with it. I don't see too many bowhunters out there shooting these bows. I guess, I've found another one.

I don't bow hunt as often as I used to, but I still shoot a Brown Bear. Bought it new when they first came out in the early 80's.

I had a Brown Bear once. I ended up selling it to my cousin. He still has it. Another cousin has a Bear Hunter Takedown that I'm thinking about buying. Take care !

I started out using a Bear Kodiak Recurve and still use it today. I love them bows. Great for deer, turkey, and them rascilly rabbits. I started with carbon arrows, but found some cedars with the ole bear broadheads on Ebay. I have never shot a compound bow in my life, but I bought a new PSE Beast for $130 and I'm gonna tinker with it just for kicks. Probaly never hunt with it though. Looks to easy.

Tangle with the grizzly bear, it will cleanse the soul. FRED BEAR

I've been using the Bear Razorhead (without "bleeder") for more than 25 years (tried replaceable blades in the late 70's a couple years). I love this broadhead. It is tough, penetrates great (even bone), flies perfectly for me, easy to put a hair-shaving edge (touch up or check once/week and of course after any shot), is cheap (reuseable), and reeking with tradition. I have changed bows more than a dozen times, arrows several, sights, quivers, and everything else--the only thing that stays the same year after year is my broadhead choice.

I have several 60's bear broadheads mounted on wooden arrows. Do any of you know if they are of any value<img src=icon_smile_question.gif border=0 align=middle>
