its not his site,some college kid put up his arrest record a year or two ago and it got famous almost immediatly. there was one mugshot of the guy where he was so drunk he wasnt even in the pic

I used to work at the jail. I wish all inmates were as nice as Earl. I used to to call him James Brown, and he would do the James Brown slide and sing like James. Good time LOL....
