Bust your butt and do well. I went back to the University of Tennessee at age 28. It took me 2.5 years to finish my BS. Then I started grad school at age 30 at the University of Georgia, Finished at age 33. I was lucky in that I had (and still have) a wonderful wife and family that went through it all with me. Just as I finished my Masters, my wife quit her job as a registered nurse to stay home and raise our family and keep me straight.
Work hard and good luck.

Its never too late! I am almost 27 and I will finish my bachelors degree in may. I took several semesters off to work, but I wish I had just stuck it out and went straight through. I am hoping my degree will open many doors and be a stepping stone to a better career for me. Good luck!

I am 30 also and my wife is wanting me to go back to school. She is working on her Masters right now. Everytime she talks about me going back to school I have a dream that night that relates to test anxiety.
I graduated in 2001 from WKU, but I completely took college for granted. I would like to go back someday and make a career change. Actually using my degree would give me a sense of accomplishment.

Good luck at Purdue, just PM your wife's address in Louisville so that we can take care of her during your absence.
See you in 4 yrs or is it 3? I will find you some land down here when you are making the big money........

Go get 'em tiger! One thing I think you'll find is that school is easier when you're a little older. Your concentration is better and the distractions aren't as distracting....or at least they shouldn't be.
My BIL started law school last week at age 50. He's working days and driving to NKU (about 90 mi from here) 3 nights a week to do it. He's an iron man.

I am soon to be 49 and will get my A.A. in in May. Then it is on to Murray State for the B.A. in Social Work. It has been a rough road, however with the love of a good spouse and the help of family I am making (3.5 g.p.a. played around in a math class, DUMB ME). I think it is the best thing that I have ever done for myself. Good Luck to all that are back in college. WE CAN DO IT!!!!!:D
