If your carbons are breaking and you're shooting into a bag target, something isn't right somewhere. Best thing is to stop shooting them til you find out what the problem is before youy get a hand or arm full of carbon splinters.

Are you hearing any noise when releasing like the arrow is hitting something on the bow? For the ones to break at the fletching, seems they are making contact somewhere or are way underspined for your bow.

its not breaking into now that was before when kentuckyoutdoormen archery hand there hand working on it ..the string was backward when they tryed to lower the draw ..i was at full draw when my bow popped and the string and cable come off .. thats when i went to tomha hawk archery he fix it and it shoots good and i hear no noise but there not breaking now just pushing the tip and insert into the shaft and splintering there .....

could it be the

feild tips im shooting ? i bought them from wally world .. not sure what kind .. just 100 grain i think that might be my problem .. been thinking about this .. it don't overlap the insert but the insert is a bit bigger if you know what i mean ..that the inpact of the arrow pushing the tip to push the insert and tip into the shaft ... what you all think could this be ? thank

there is the possibility that they are putting the wrong inserts in, if the area around the insert looks bulged out that is what is happening. i dont use or sell the satelite series so im not sure about the quality. as for the easton i had a guy shot a axis FMJ into my block wall at 20 yds and the arrow as fine. lastly make sure that there is nothing hard in the target, feel around step on it, check it over good, the glen del buck for example has a metal frame around the shooting area and it will destroy any arrow that hits it. go to the shop and shot, see if they break there

tips can be a problem but it still takes a hard impact to break most arrows

My Arrows Are Not Breaking Into Now!!! Just The Feild Tip And Insert Is Being Pushed Into The Shaft Where It Spliters The Shaft.. I Think I Have The Wrong Feild Tips ...im Going To Try The Bullet Type Tip And See What Happens ....any More Info Please Let Me Know All Info Is Welcome ... Thanks I Will Keep You Informed On Trying Different Feild Tips...

sorry but i consider "breaking" as anything that mades the arrow unuseable. i still think that the arrows themselves. I can shot most arrows without tips and not do any damage. so the arrow quality may be in question.

Inserts may very well be to small. When the tip makes contact, it is pushing the insert back into the shaft causing it to splinter out. I'd have someone check out the inserts and go from there.
