I would like to get this group started in Ky to help people with disablites get back into the outdoors. The groups man is OWL (outdoors without limits).There are nearly 55 million disabled people in the United States. Unfortunately, their opportunities to take part in outdoor activities are often limited and sometimes non-existent. The goal is to get the disabled involved in exciting and rewarding outdoor activities.I've talked to a man Dee Dee Garvin Regional Vice President and we would like to get the ball rolling.
