Peabody Woodies

Anyone ever hunt Peabody for woodies? What areas and how is the pressure? I've been thinking about going to the Jenny Hole on Henderson Sloughs for opening day, but I hear it is more of a dove shoot than a duck hunt!! Lots of holes on Peabody to spread out on.

If you plan on going to Jenny Hole you better plan on camping out on your spot. Last year there were approximately 50 trucks there on opening morning.

My suggestion would be to stay away from Jenny Hole. It is all pass shooting and I saw one duck get missed by 11 shots last year. If you go, better throw your turkey choke in, because they don't believe in shooting the ones in range.
