Since this is a new forum I thought it might be nice to introduce ourselves. I've been "smelling smoke" since 1969 and tend to fall on the traditional side of the fence although I do have one of them toothy critters (inline) in my swamp. I shoot a flintlock mostly and have taken everything legal in Kentucky plus 2 bear and 2 elk out west. I have 2 shotguns both doubles in 10 and 12 guage that are caplocks. I have two pistols both flintlocks and one revolver a ROA 44 caiber.

Hey Flintlock,I've been muzzleloading for about 10 yrs now,I started out with a kit from CVA and have been hooked ever since!!I hunted in your lower sister state of Tenn. and I'm looking forward to hunting Kentucky next year! I'm brand new to this forum and look forward to sharing information with everyone.

Just started muzzleloading this year and I love it. Lots of little toys to play with. lol I bought a inline but would love to get me one of those traditional types in the future.

I've got a .50 cal Thompson Center Hawken. I've been at it only for about 5 years. Good huntin' to 'ya !
