Went out today to clear shooting lanes, cut down a few problem trees, and cut brush in general. With all the mowing and bush hogging, I wasn't sure how the poults would fare. After a LOT of noise (chainsaw and weedeater) we still managed to see a hen and about 4-6 poults. They never got spooked just walked off into the thick stuff.
Glad to see they made it through.
Foing out this evening to try to get on come yotes to protect the lil' birds even more. (as well as maintain some sanity)
