I voted but I'm not saying a word. Religion has a tendency to get people a bit worked up, on either side of the debate.
I hope this stays civil.

i even go on vacation! hubby doesn't necessarily go for that, but i love seeing churches in other areas! i love the Lord, here and everywhere. at least we say prayers for one another here. (and i'm very proud of that! that's one of the things i like about this board) another board i frequent won't even hardly say that...they'll just say, "good vibes sent your way" and such as that when something bad has happened to another board member:(
trust me

I saw a dog board in which members asked each other to send "mojo" to their injured dogs.
That one left me scratching my head. I guess mojo is an atheist's prayer??

Would you rather them lie and suggest that they ARE praying for somebody?
I, personally, would rather somebody say that they are keeping me in their thoughts than to lie about praying for me. But, that's just me.

Mojo is what Austin Powers lost in the movie. Had something to do with his sex life if I remember. :) Once he regained his mojo he went back to "shagging". I don't know how that would help an injured bird dog.

I am the pastor of a church in Ballard County. It is the greatest job in the world, and I consider it a blessing to serve God in this way.
