Later start of bow season this year

I noticed that bow season will be starting on on Sept. 21st this year whereas it started Sept. 15th last year. Is there a reason it was moved up almost a week? Inquiring obsessed deer hunting minds want to know!

actually it wasnt moved up at all. the season starts on the 3rd sat. of sept....last year the 1st was on a sat, therefore the 15th was on the 3rd sat.
this year the 1st is on sun. making the 21st the 3rd sat.
heres what really bites.....its 14 sat. away
