First the new house, now this!

Well, I have known this for about a month now, but we wanted to wait a little bit before we announced it to anyone. Come January, there will be a little "philpot" joining my wife and I in our new home:D

Slightly mind boggling to say the least:eek: Talking about a whole new perspective on things. I was worried about things before, and had all these plans, and all of that has shifted. Shifted to a whole new unexplored area. I have a feeling it will keep shifting as the years go by:rolleyes:

This is the route I took. Bought a new house. Got married 1 month later. Got back from the honeymoon, stopped by home, went right out to get dinner, and had a bad car wreck (car was in the shop for a month, 7k in damages). 1 month later, I broke my leg. 2 more months later, we found out my wife was pregnant. Quite a way to start out, lol!

P.S. Try not to let the Military back ground lead you too much on raising the little ones....I will admit that it interfered in my judgement a few times, when it should not have.

its funny, after the wife and i tied the knot we talked about having kids and such. i told her, "well, lets wait til we get a house, then u can quit takin the pill and we'll see what happens" - famous last words. we were in that house 6 weeks and she was pregnant - WITH TWINS!! congrats philpot your life is about to change - for the better.

Yes, it will be our first. Our original plan was to get in the house then start trying to get pregnant. But we got a little antsy, and figured it might take a little while to actually get pregnant. The next month and we had a positive pregnancy test:D
