I have coached both basketball and football at the middle school for 10 years. I no longer coach so I can spend more time with the family and hunting/fishing. But I really hate to see things like this because of the young people that watch sports and the lessons that it teaches them. I have seen many players throw tantrums on the court and field and there is no place in sports for it. These guys are in the limelight and whether they like it or not, they are role models for the kids that watch. I hope they slammed him. Don't people realize that it will not make a difference in the call! He's just a big baby and it would have been nice to have had him booed of the field.

I love the grenade toss. :D That at some point went from a tantrum to a class clown demonstration and maybe was a little too much, but I liked it anyways--it makes me laugh and breaks up the boredom of minor league baseball.

Yes, I can agree with the Temper Tantrums being thrown...But it really sucks when one ( person ) makes a bad call on a play and causes a game to be decided by that bad call..... But most umps and Ref's do make the calls to the very best of their ability as they see them take place.....
