B mobile worked for me this year I killed a nice tom that I know would not have come in without B moble. You can roll it up and take your fan off and fold it up.......it does have some nuts and washers that will get frustrating matter of fact I lost mine the first day out. I am working on something else to use to replace the nuts and washers that come with it.

Both are equal, except for packing them in and out. But you need to learn when you use them and when not to. They will scare off some birds who aren't in the mood to fight it out for love.

I think Multi hit the nail on the head. I think early season is probably best. After the pecking order has been established, most gobblers know their place and if they have been beat down and run off time and time again they will tuck their tail and run.

I used both this season and had the same results with both. I had birds come into a field, see the deke and leave town in a hurry. I'm not talking about jakes either. I had the same thing happen in Nebraska with a big Merriams.

It worked for me late season I put it out with about 12 hen decoys I turned them all facing me about 15 yards out in front with there hind ends turned to the roost I never called once and a 27lb 3 year old come in like he was on a string full strut the whole way...... I cut down the full fan to a jake and it seemed to be the trick.....

I am a pretty boy fan myself...two years...5 states...I think its a tool worth buying...I would not be surprised if we dont see a smaller pretty boy next year;) just in case your thinking of buying one...I would prefer for the the pretty boy to be about half the size it is...I think you will also see a vest designed just to carry full body turkey decoys very soon...:)which will make me happy.

Scouting is still key to any regular and consistent killing...but them full body decoys help kill a lot of turkeys that would normally just have been seen birds...yes you will run birds off but all decoys work that way...its worth seeing five fun off for every one that doesnt and comes in just stone cold stupid and mad...

I would say for anyone who bowhunts turkeys or is thinking of bow hunting turkeys this is more of a tool to you than your blind! Now we all know how deadly pop up blinds are for turkeys...I think the full body decoys are the next best thing...I think you might even see some states outlaw them...yes they are that deadly of a hunting aid...they are as effective as the spinning wing duck decoys when they first come out...only difference is we tend to kill the turkey that comes in to the full strut decoy to where ducks...well lets just say some get away to see that game again another day and waterfowl is moving/migration has them from one point to another...turkeys a little different...just my two cents worth.

I tried a Pretty Boy this year and I am sold. Me and my hunting partner killed 2 birds each over the decoy, three in the exact same spot in two days. Had 5 toms and a jake come in on the second day of the season and put a Hart county but whuppin on it, actually broke the stake that comes with it. Seemed like if one bird came in, he just strutted and displayed but when more than one bird came in they were ready to rumble. We got all four hunts on video and Pretty Boy is by far the best money my old lady ever spent on me. The video ain't Knight and Hale quality, but it's hard to be steady and coordinated with action like we had this year.

I firmly believe two birds we killed were direct results of Pretty Boy. They travelled a long distance in a big clover field with lots of hens and no calling on our parts. I have never had toms leave hens like that just to come to a decoy. I seriously think we would not have killed those two without Pretty Boy. The other two were just hot birds and were probably gonna come in anyway.

In 4 days of hunting we had 10 gobblers on the decoy, and four that kind of shied away at about 60 yards.

It worked for me late season I put it out with about 12 hen decoys

:eek::eek::eek: I hate packing 1 decoy in. I would hate to think about carrying a dozen.

I hate packing 1 decoy in. I would hate to think about carrying a dozen. Its easy I use the blow up hens so they just roll up and then I roll up the b mobile I can fit them all in my vest......that being said I use a backpack that I can also fit my blind in and carry the whole shooting match....but im not running and gunning I knew were they were roosting as I had been trying all season to get one and it took the Bmoble to get him the leave the hens..............

I ended up the season just using the resting hen that comes with the Pretty boy and a jake decoy. Seemed to work fine on at least one bird.

I use the b-mobile and had it scare a jake off completely! He was running for his life!

b mobile helped me get my first one for 07 had 2 jakes come up to it and walk circles around it but they were very timid when the wind changed and he turned a bit they would jump back they walked around him for a good 2 or 3 minutes i got tons of great pics!! then an hour or two later my long beard came in on a dead sprint from the corner of the field and sprinted a good 200 or 300 yards and swelled up right in front of him stuck his head out over top of him and that was all she wrote!!!! got him at 12 yards!! just wish i would have picked up the camera before the gun!! b mobile im sold on it!!

The pretty boy and girl sold me this year..Second time out had two jakes walk around it for 25 mins. And had two toms struttin into the decoys twice this year. They look so real 100 yards away almost had another guy shoot my pretty boy on the farm...

I know this is a b-mobile or a pretty boy thread.....but what about the Montana strutter deke? Folds up to about the size of a slate call pot. VERY realistic.....unless you look at it from the side. That's the only downside I see to the Montana deke. But looking at it straight on....it's awesome....looks like a photograph (which is what I think it is really).

As far as b-mobile or pretty boy.....I hunted with a guy that used pretty boy. We didn't get on any birds to try to use the deke...but...in the right situation, I can see that it would be deadly. It's just awkward to carry around...very bulky.
