No matter who thinks what about this season never kid yourself...KENTUCKY has some of the best turkey hunting (easterns) around...We also have some great terrian and scenery to take in...Just think...bow season is just right around the corner...

I agree.

I've been "skunked" in turkeyseasons before and Lord willing I'll be again.;) Hopefully every once in awhile he will see fit send one in my direction and after turkey hunting a few different states in the past he has definitely blessed Kentucky with turkeys.

The challenge is what makes turkey hunting so fun!! If I shot one everytime I dont think I would enjoy it. I actually like the fact that its not that easy.

The season is what you make it, good or bad that's how we learn! I would not trade the 21 days in April for any other 21 day stretch at any time during the year..

I would rather hunt Kentucky than any other place I hunt. I absolutely love the terrain. hw

I didn't kill any turkeys this year, but had one hell of a time trying. I spent a good portion of the season screwing around with an old legend of a bird that was always one step ahead of me. I can't wait to try him on this fall, and with my luck and his, I'll be trying him again next spring!
