I've never been to jail so I don't know about this stuff. I thought once convicted, you went straight to jail:confused:

They probably have to remodel the "cell" for her, so they need a little extra time to get the flat screen hooked up and all the new furniture has yet to arrive.. Plus, there's probably a couple of big parties she was already committed to so jail will just have to wait..:rolleyes:

It USED to be that way until a bunch of bleeding heart people changed the rules.

All depends on the crime and whatever deal your lawyer can get you. The judge isn't going easy on her in this case. He wouldn't allow her to pay her way to a jail of her choice. (which goes on in Hollywood) She has to go to the appropriate local facility which still is pretty posh for the average criminal. I love the fit her mom threw. Saying it was a travesty of justice with all the real criminals out there.:eek:

Well she is not going for 45 days because her lawyer will get her out of it on appeal , they will pay some judge off so she does not have too go !! You watch she will get out of it , I wish she would have gotten 90 days , that would have been awesome , then the little skank could really enjoy herself!!:D

Should have thrown her mom in jail as well as her Lawyers for trying the cover up attempt.......
