Another tough Saturday here. Heavy rain and wind. This weather has been tough on the weekend hunters. I would say it's saved alot of gobblers.

i guess my luck ran out this past week,i went out to the wma this mornin and nothing,zip,nada.no birds gobblin anywhere and didnt even see any.Seen 5 deer and a skunk tho,i did get one bird this season so i guess it was a good season

I know of one hunter who did not venture this morning. Hunting in the rain is just not for me.

:mad: I didn't go this morning, This has to be the worst turkey season I have ever hunted here in east ky. The birds here will gobble off the roost everytime you hoot or hit a call. But when they hit the ground its 3 maybe 4 gobbles and then lock jaw.:mad:
