Could sleep 4 people, but needs another mattress. Sleeps 2 currently. Clean on the inside, older stuff from the early 70s and probably needs updated, but everything is still in good shape and it's super clean.
I believe it has a working air conditioner, as well as a propane range, heater, and refridgerator that all work. It has a shower and a aftermarket port-a-pottie.
Single axle with good tires. Hubcaps are a little "old school" baby moon looking.
It's been stored in our shed at the barn for a year or better. I was in it recently just to check and make sure no one had gotten into it. We need to make room for farm equipment and need to sell it.
I'm selling this for my Dad. It was too large for him to pull with his Ramcharger or the Jeep Liberty. (he had a wreck pulling another enclosed trailer with the Ramcharger and is a little gun shy) He bought a newer pop up camper that is much lighter. He only used it once or twice before buying the pop up.
It's pretty heavy. I'd suggest pulling it with a 1/2 ton or better LWB pickup/suv. I don't think a 4 cyl of any kind could handle it.
$1000 firm is the price. Location is rural Garrard County. About halfway between Richmond and Lancaster. Dad will be out of town next week, so give me a call if you want to come see it or have questions.

Would make an EXCELLENT hunting camper.
I can have pictures up Monday.
