I was planning on taking the wife and kids camping at Natural Bridge. Does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations?

It's very nice. Bring the boat and fish Mill Creek Lake.

While there take a tour through Red River Gorge and check out some of the Geologic Formations, you can also trout fish several of the creeks in that area, I used to stop at the barbecue place where they rock climb a couple miles further south than Natural Bridge on the same Highway (15 I think?)
Sky lift up to Natural Bridge is fun, plenty of places to take the kids around there and blow money these days too.

Remember that if you do fish Mill Creek Lake, you either need to plan on rowing in or using a trolling motor; no gas engines allowed there. There are all kinds of places that have recently popped up that will keep the family entertained. I'd definitely go in the Gorge and take a trail or two.

I went there a couple years ago and tried fishing in the Red River for smallmouth...little did I know it was full of trout.

The Mrs. and I spent a few days there last fall and loved it. Be sure to (1) stop in for a pizza at Miguel's (hang out for the rock climbers near the state park. (2) Eat at the Crazy Climber Café which is over on the Rock Bridge Arch side of the gorge.
You'll want to take the drive around the gorge, you'll see several arches and scenic areas along the way with ample opportunities for hikes to other arches.
Here are a few pictures from our visit (http://new.photos.yahoo.com/soonerkats/album/576460762360862970)

The camping trip is over and we all had a wonderful time.
The scenery down there is so nice that I told my wife I'd love to move down there. We were only able to hike around 3 miles. It took us 4 hours to do so. I had a 2 year-old on my back who learned a new phrase while we were down there, "Holy cow, look at that rock!"; my wife had a 4 month old who had to eat at one point during the hike, and we had a 5 year-old caboose. We hiked up to the natural bridge and then my oldest son, daughter and I went through that cave by trail #1 up to Natural Bridge.

I just returned from that area last week. Breath taking scenery. Had a big ole long beard walk right up behind our cabin, point blank range. The Drive in movie in Stanton was cool too. I love me a good drive in.
