These LAX members should file one heck of a lawsuit against the stripper and all involved for making them out to be considered rapists.....

Sure they do. The AG has said that the state is not going after the stripper, Crystal Gail Mangrum. The families are free to do so in civil court, but then again, how much money does an out of work stripper have to take? The object of suing is being made whole for the injury the person you're suing did you.

Nifong is in trouble for his law license. He's got some criminal issues that may crop up. It would be up to the AG and the US AG to go after him in criminal court.

The families can also go after Nifong in civil court. They can probably ream his keister. They'll be his partner in every dime he ever makes. They'll get his share of the equity in his home. They can go after him hammer and tongs, and likely will. Their goal will to be to inflict the same pain on him that he inflicted on them. Good luck to them.

Again, the stripper's name is Crystal Gail Mangrum. That nappy-headed ho should have her name drug through the mud with the same regularity and sensational spin as she caused the LAX players to be drug though the mud.

I'm not an attorney but common sense tells me that the stripper has nothing to go after in a civic suit, but the prosecuting attorney and the State is another matter. Seems the prosecutor and or his staff hid DNA evidence for a while and totally mishandled this case. I'll bet a deer hunt with anybody that someone is going to write these guys a check with many 000s.

BF, don't want to hijack your thread, and I'm not defending the prosecutor's actions, but I bet if the truth was known, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton or others put the heat on him early on to push forward with this case.

I agree on that as well, if Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton wouldn't stick their nose into every thing that comes up involving a black person. This case wouldn't have made it to the Grand Jury in MHO..........

But seeing now that North Carolina listened to these Nappy Headed Jerks, they'll be paying out some big bucks to these 3 LAX players and anyone else who might have been hurt by this case....

I still stand by this and believe that Duke will be named in a civil suit shortly. BF knows that most judges won't hear a civil suit until the criminal action has been settled one way or the other.

The nappy headed ho wont go to civil court.....Shes been proven to be a liar and there isn't a court in this land that will give her a judgement......There is no evidence even remotely related to a rape or anything else illegal other than possibly a contract between the parties involved for lewd and or indecent behavior......In that transaction both parties are equally quilty.......

On the other hand I do see the employees of Duke filling a civil suit against Nifong.....I dont think its a stretch to say that the Duke Lacrosse players are employed by the university as student athletes......They recieve compensation for services performed and are given benefits afforded to them such as healthcare and life insurance during their employment.
