Kentucky new "Deer biologist"??

Caught part of Jim Strader show Sunday evening, thought I heard new WD say, we have a new Deer biologist , effective January .....
Is that correct? If so , what the name , "resume look like"??

Jonathon Day begins on Jan. 1st. He is most recently from Florida's deer research program. Very energetic, well-educated, deer hunter/biologist. Jon Gassett knows him very well and Kentucky is lucky once again to snag a top-notch person. Several well-qualified people including some fine in-house folks were interviewed. Kentucky is finding it very easy to attract high quality candidates--not many easter states can offer Booner Whitetails and elk to work with.
