Friend of mine has a Mossberg 500. He wants to get a new barrel and a choke tube for turkey hunting. Do any of you guys have some suggestions?

Why a new barrel? Kick's Gobblin thunder worked well for me when I shot one.

He currently has a slug barrel. Just wondering if while he is going for the new barrel is there anything in particular for him to look for?
