went over to the park yesterday after the rain to do a little crappie fishin. they were pullin water real hard and the crappie werent bitin real well. only a couple dozen. the surprize was a 5 lb 20in largmouth on my 6lb ultralite. was my first nice bass outa there, i thought it was a big blue cat when it hit until it came outa the water.

I'm gonna have to make the short trip to Lexington to do some fishin' with ya buddy...that is if i get the invite?

That was some fight i bet...that is what i like the most...a good fighting fish on small tackle.
