Has anyone fished Greenbo for bass yet?? With all of the rain I was thinking about going up there this weekend. I have never bass fished it and thought I'd give it a try. I know it is clear but I heard spring bass fishing is pretty good there. Anybody know anthing?

Was there yesterday afternoon and saw quite a few nice bass in shallow water. I threw all kinds of artificial bait at them, they would come over and check it out, but no intrerst after that. Since they water is so clear right now, early in the morning before sun up or at night might work. Good luck and if you find something that works, let me know!!

Good for trout at this time. When the water warms a few degrees it will be time for Bass.

I went to a clear pond yesterday evening and the bass did the same thing there. I put on a fluke jr. and worked it fast just as they came up to look at it and ended up catching 4 or 5 small bass.
I hate fishing that ultra clear water but I think I'll try Greenbo Sat. anyway.
