Yes, ive been working out for a while and now i need more weight, instead of going and buying weights at 1.00/lb, im going to try to find some used...

Prefer the all metal ones but others may work, tell me how much you want for them and how many you have...

If your close to Louisville, try the Simpsonville Flea Market Down Interstate 64 out of Louisville toward Lexington, just off the Interstate at exit 32 I believe , on the weekends, I've seen weights for sale out there like your looking for.....

If somebody mentions that they have dumbbells for sale and you don't want them, holler at me, I'd consider them. Looking for some solid cast iron dumbbells, don't want those stupid plastic covered concrete ghetto ones.

Also thought I'd mention that it's often MUCH cheaper if you buy a weight set. For example, I got my cast iron olympic set for like $150, it had two 45's, four 35's, four 25's, lots of 10/5's and a couple 2.5's, plus an olympic bar. That's crazy. They have went up since I got mine but it's still cheaper to buy in sets. Buying everything individually is alot more expensive for some reason.

not its a complete machine weight set...you can do bench, butterfly, curls, lat pulldown, leg extensions, and some other things I can't really remember at the time..its back in Utica at my moms house. If you are interested I'll try and find some pics of the style and find the papers I have for it on how much you can max on each exercise.

I have over 550 LBS of weights that I purchased at walmart three years ago, they are 10/25 lb plates(250 lbs), they are 20/10 lb plates(200 lbs)and 15/ 5 lb plates(75 lbs) and 12/ 2 1/2 lb plates(30 lbs). I have a weider 215 bench that has all the attachments needed for total workout. I have a full length bar and a full length curling bar that goes with set, and four small curl bars, have new leather waist belt that goes with set. I used these weights for about 6 months and they have sit in my garage ever since. I invested alot of money in these weights, I will sell everything mentioned above for $250.00 cash money and you pick up locally here in Corbin Ky, if interested call me at 606-523-8322, ask for Mike...

We have a complete set of cast iron style weights plus the bench with the swivel things on the end. Has 10 8 pound weights; 12 5 pound weights; and 8 3 pound weights. Has the long pole and 4 short ones.

I'll take offers or trade. Would be interested in: 12 gauge shotgun for turkey season with 24 inch barrell; .243 rifle; 30/30 rifle. Basically they're in the basement and I'm open to suggestions! In the Oldham County area.

I think I got that wrong;

8 ten pound weights
12 five pound weights
8 3 pound weights.
