Just walking around yesterday and noticed all of the maples are blooming.

Very nice pic! I just wonder if all the golden rod has started to grow around the "lakes" yet.

Just remember when the dogwoods bloom, it's time to throw the spinnerbaits with a big willow leaf, usually in gold or bronze color......Always done me good.....:)

My favorite time is when those golden rods bloom and then get flooded by the rising spring water. I throw pearl super flukes in the golden rods and WHAM! Works every time that time of year.

My spot is pretty much any cove on barkley lake in the spring. PM me if you want a spot more specific.
