Did anyone else get to watch this one. They score 50 in the first half and 71 pts and the second. Lofton is unreal and Bruce Pearl is one of the better coaches in the game.

Long Beach St............. But by no means this team was very good I think if u score 86 points in a game u should think u should win. If TN. shoots like this all tourny no one will beat them.

58% is pretty good but not earth shattering. They took 73 shots!:eek:

Lofton is the real deal.... too bad a former Mr. Kentucky basketball is not wearing blue. Oh yeah .... now I remember Tubbys remarks were.... "he's just a three point specialist and will never cut it in div. 1 college level basketball".

I dont remember his reasons on Corey Brewer....probably about the same when Brewer publicly commented he would like to play ball for Ky.

Guess Tubby's assumption was right..... their just barely hanging on to their respective teams lacking NCAA skills & all ..... may get cut from Tennessee & Florida any day now.:rolleyes:

If tubby would have landed him his career would not be this good. He would be scoring 9 or 10 a game and afraid to shoot.

Bruce Pearl coached my roomates in college. Does anyone remember the Illinois/Iowa ordeal? Hes a talker.....

Don't you think Tubby's a$$ hole just pucker's up a little tighter every time someone mentions the name Lofton around him......... Can't believe none of the 3 local schools by passed on this scoring machine....U of T's big time gain for sure.....
