Picture for front page magazine

I am looking for a wild turkey picture to put on the front page of the magazine. I will give the credit and 1 year subscription for the pict. we use.
Has to be vertical not horizontal.

If you lift one off of the internet and send it to him, you are more than likely in violation of federal copyright laws as well. ;)

Make sure they are personal photos, folks.

Also, do as the man asked and email them to him please.

You are right about internet pict. most of them has watermark...can't use them....sorry.

Even if they don't have a watermark, it is my understanding that they still fall under copyright protection. A friend of mine has been down this road already. A great photo that he snapped on one of our duck hunts was lifted from his website and began showing up all over the net (minus the watermark). One site had even integrated it into their "canned" avatar selection. :eek:

If someone's photo showed up on the cover of a magazine without their consent, I would imagine it might get a bit ugly for everybody.

Yup. Quackr's correct. Watermarked or not, an image belongs to the original author only without written consent.

I was thinking that one of the guys or gals would have a picture of their own.
It is going to be our first colored front page. I am excited.
