Anyone fishing Cherokee Lake?

Some friends and I are going there this weekend. We are going to troll for some stripers and maybe cast for a smallmouth or two. Have any of you been fishing there recently and if so; could you please tell me how you did and give a few hints to catch a few more. We might even put out some lights and night fish around a point or cliff for some stripers or crappie(whatever is biting). I can't wait! I haven't done this in a long time. Thanks in advance if anyone can help.

Try this.
Go to the KY Dept of Fish and Wildlife site,
hit fishing, hit discussion boards, and then hit Tenn.
If you ask there you should get some responses.

I figured it out. Thanks for the information. That really helps seeing that I won't be able to fish for long to find out how the fish are acting. We had hopes of fishing up the lake, but the stripers are being caught down near the dam already. Again thanks!
