No lead sled, but you could always go over to LBL. They have a 100 yard range there with benches. For a 243, you shouldn't need a lead sled unless the rifle is under 2lbs or so.... Not much kick at all.
You might check Shooter's Supply in Paducah. They have a range, but I don't know how big it is.

our right on the kick westky,,,,but the idea for the sled was to be able to get a better sighting in on this rifle to hold steady,,hard to hold steady on the seat of the 4 wheeler

Take a vise, mount it on a 2X8X12" board for stability. Take a thick piece of cardboard and make a u-shape to put in the clamp to protect the forearm of the gun. Tighten just snug enough to hold. Now you have a solid rest for sighting in. It worked great for sighting in the muzzleloader last year.

You have to be a member to shoot at the range at Shooter's. I happen to be one, and we are allowed to take a guest one time, and then you have to join.
I usually try to go shoot over there every Sunday morning, and usually have the range to myself. We have a 200 yard rifle range, and I have a spotting scope, sight vise etc.
If you want, holler at me and I will take you as my guest and you can sight it in
