i only know my story.. i enjoyed myself and the company i was in.. we got down there thurs afternoon.. and got to hunt then even though we wasnt supposed to hunt till friday.. that was neat.. all of the staff was nice and friendly without a doubt.. so we went out thurs. evening and i saw round 20 pigs of different sizes.. but since this was our first day out i figured id wait anyhow.. this was also everyones first pig hunt so noone really knew how to judge the size of them.. but at the lodge that night where they hang the pigs we got to see a few up close and that helped figure out the size.. but the dissapointing thing was that none there was as big as advertised.. i dont know if we got there late and all the big ones was shot up or what.. i may just be a little niave when it comes to pigs though. friday i saw 22 pigs all within shooting distance. but none really struck my fancy so i figured i wait again.. but friday evening is when one of my buddies got his .. (picture 2) saturday i went out again and saw quite a few pigs.. nothing big again.. so sat night i deceided that i would shoot one only if we could get it on tape. well right before dark 5 came out and the video man said he was on them.. so i shot and missed but i got off my second shot and she fell down.. after reviewing the tape my camraman relized he never hit the record button.. so none of this was captured on tape.. but i am still happy because i got to hunt in march.. and i got my first pig.. so all in all i am happy and will go pig hunting again.. maybe not at the same place but ya never know.. maybe i will get in there early and killl the biguns next yr.

....end of April.

Killed one at Lone Star Hunts a few years ago with my .50 caliber airgun. Plan on using my .457 airgun this time.....maybe a .308 airgun.

Gonna try to shoot a small one for a spit roast, and then find a larger one for the wall.
