I getting things ready for the 31 i'm heading for TN on a wheelinsportsmen turkey hunt.I talked to one of the guys putting it on they saw one bunch with a 100 birds and another with 50 i can't wait got my stuff out cleaning it up.i'm pumped :D

Remember it's one bird per day in the state season.

Not sure its in greenville.yea i know i killed one the first day last year i hope this year is the same.

My dad lives in Blount County. I was at his house on the morning of February 19th and he had a flock of 53 birds behind his house. About 25 were gobblers. 1/2 jakes and 1/2 long beards. I had them all gobbling to crow calls, owl hoots and me just yelling HEY! It was hilarious. I would yell, and all their necks would stick straight out at the same time as they let it rip.

They are in his yard about every day. He puts out corn in his yard and when that runs out they clean out his bird feeders.
