i hunt with a Grand National Calling Champ
on a hunt a few years back we was trying to locate a bird and he pulled out his box call and WOW that thing sounded out of this world so i asked how in the world do you get that box to sound so good...
he reached into his vest and pulled out a block of fiddle rosin and took his knife and scraped some on the bottom of the lid and rubbed it in gently with his finger fellas you talk about making a box call turn 100% turkey
so anyone wanting to get the MOST out of their box call should give this a try..
please share any tips you may have ...
