Who Makes BassPro's RehHead Scopes?

Who makes BassPro's RedHead line of scopes? From what I could see on the packaging and scopes, it appears to be a BSA scope/clone. Does anybody know for sure?I'm a firm believer in what "BSA" stands for and don't wish to become a victim...(again)

I asked about teh binoculars at one of the BPS stores. The salesman told me that they are not all made by one mfg. Some Tasco, some Nikon, etc. You can see some similarities if you look at the finer details.
