Morning.

First of all, good luck to all that got to actually hunt this morning. I'm stuck at the office.

Anyway, I shoot the model of ML mentioned in the subject and the last time I shot the gun last season, I cleaned it real good and put it up for the summer. I took it out about a week ago and shot a round through it. I waited about 4 days to clean it after that (actually put it off for a day, then slipped my mind that I didn't clean it) Anyways, I totally dis-assembled the whole gun...completely. I unscrewed the nipple from the breech plug and now I can't get the breech plug unscrewed from the barrel. I've used several different tools and nothing works. Would it be safe to use a cutting torch to heat it up (just a little)? Would anybody recommend shooting it one more time to try to loosen it up? I'm in a jam here and need some help. Trying to avoid another trip to the 'smith, but will if I have to.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Best product I have ever seen is called Break Free, usually works in 1/2 hour or less but on something really stuck could take longer. Soak it good. Have only seen it in some gun shops or at times at gun shows. Would not recommend torch under any circumstances. At times is good money spent to go to a gunsmith so give that some strong thought.
