Wow, and he thinks he's NBA material, remember when he wanted to go to the NBA after his Freshman year......

I've never seen a player always be the last one down the court like Morris is. Whether on defense or offense, there's Morris walking down the court after everybody else. KY's offensive problems are that they have to play a man down the first 10 seconds of the shot clock.

Watch Morris carefully when Uk is on offense. He actively posts up or tries to get into position to receive the ball. Then when the pass doesn't come to him, he slumps his shoulders and just stands there pouting. If another player puts up a shot after he "worked" to get open he won't even try to rebound. (Now if he didn't make his one move to get open and a shot is taken he will go after the ball.)
Crawford won't do anything until it is "showtime".

Just say he played in 90 games since he is a Junior that would mean he averaged 11.11 points a game. Let's build him a freaking monument and retire his jersey.........NOT The guy plays lazy and without heart. Give me chuck hayes anyday over that slob. I know they play different positions just stating give me someone that leaves it on the floor every play.

he is very lazy if he had some competision on the bench it might make him work harder.

Morris could score 100,000 but without a championship to name it means nothing to UK basketball. It's not like he is the first UK player to do this, he is the 52nd or 53rd. It is a great accomplishment to be sure but nothing "great" for UK as a whole. And by the way, good players will score regardless of their coach. It's not like Tubby made Randolph Morris.

No young lad that is the problem. He is not PROUD of that he could careless about that or Kentucky Basketball that was obvious when he tried to go pro after his freshman year. You forget out of high school he was tagged the second best player and NBA ready. Three years with Tubby and he isn't even ALL SEC.......

It is a great accomplishment, but it doesn't have anything to do with Tubby Smith (like you said it did) or it's not something "good from UK" like you said it was. It's a personal accomplshment that hasn't benifited the team (0 final fours, 0 Championships, 2 early exits from the "big dance", 2 [soon to be 3] 10 loss seasons, 3 3 game loosing streaks, and 1 bad comment about how he wasn't all there for a loss against Alabama). So forgive me if I don't see things as rosey as others. I watch every UK game, have been to rupp 4 times this season and cheer for the team I love. And it's kind of hard NOT to be down on UK when they are unranked, a future 8 seed and can't even compete for the sec title or even the sec east title.

Makes a Uk fan wonder now if Tubby is regretting bringing him back now that he didn't get drafted as after his freshman year now?

I can't even imagine this team without Morris. Too painful to think about.

NOONE IS LEAVING THE TEAM!!!!!!!!We just aren't happy with the current state of the team. If we didn't like UK any more why would we be so upset and talking about them?????I don't know if a new coach will help or hurt the state of Kentucky basketball but after the last several seasons I am willing to take my chances with a new head coach and some new blood???????

Can you read? If so tell me where you get that I am some bandwagoning fan? I am a fan first and foremost, why else would I waste half a day discussing UK basketball. Being a fan isn't about always being happy. It's about rooting for your team no matter what. Not about being happy to see your team dip down into the demise of the UCLAs, NC States, and UNLVs. Being a fan is about being there during the highest of highs or lowest of lows. That doesn't mean you sit back with a smile on your face as your team loses 10 games for the Nth season or is 2-13 against ranked teams. If you don't get riled up when you see your team struggle for the 8th straight season then you need to worry about you own "fanhood" not others.

Exactly.52 other cats have done this.We are talking about Ky,not Lindsey Wilson college. Not exactly like Morris is breaking any new records. With all his on-court enthusiasm,I'm surprised he stayed awake long enough to score that.

I am not a fan of Morris. He is obviously lazy and he seems to care more about himself than the team winning, etc. That being said, imagine UK this year without him. They would be in big big trouble.

I wouldnt be surprised to see Morris play in the NBA.....Seems that most that make it do better in the NBA than they do under Tubby.....Azibuke averages nearly 17 points a game when he starts.....

Azibuke was a gifted player. He would have been a star if tubby could help these guys grow.
