I hope old smoke will win today. Thats not really going out on a limb either because he has won everything else the last 2 weeks.

The reason I want him to win is because he has made some comments this week about some of the things he has never done and wants to. One was the Daytona 500 and the other is the Indy 500. Maybe if we are lucky he will win today and next year will find him in the IRL. :D :D

Nah I am rarely that lucky.... I do think he is the one to beat today though. If not him it will be Jeff Burton. HEATH

I'm hoping Junior or Poopy pants wins, and nobody gets killed. Can you imagine how their families must feel before a race at Daytona or Talladega? I know there is danger at every track, but it is very real at the plate tracks.

Yes, hard to imagine...Going that fast and the blink of an eye, 20 cars could be involved in a wreck and out of the race.... Not likely to happen on other tracks...Hope for a nice clean race and that no one gets hurt, driver's crew or fans along the sides of the track.....

I hope that Jr. wins. Interesting to see Everham back as a crew chief.

I used to think that also. But I worry more for them at Lowes motor speedway and at Atlanta, and at Texas. Those tracks at faster and much smaller. If they spin at those tracks they don't get to scrub as much speed as they do at the plate tracks. HEATH

Well I was putting the finish order as 20- 2- 55. But then i got to thinking about Miller as a sponsor and what they did to promote illegal immigration and can't support them. So I'm moving Mikey up and placing Mark martin # 3. Now that's confidence.:)

Yeah thats kinda like letting the wolf gaurd the sheep in many folks opinion.....He comes in at number 4 all time as the cheatinest crew chief in NASCAR!

Its kinda funny Robin Pemberton and Gary Nelson are in the top 5 and they play a prominant role in enforcing the rules.....

Kurt Busch is looking good off the start, wonder if he'll keep it up?

Smoke just crashed and he and bush are are out of the race. Man what a bad deal Stewart had it in his hands.

Stewart better watch his back because Jared from Subway is going to kick his azz for not winning!!! Man, I laugh everytime I see that commercial!! It takes a weenie of a man to make Jared look like a tough guy!

You dont have to worry about Stewart out of the car....Its when he is behind the wheel you have to worry.....If I were Busch I would stay away from Stewart the rest of the year!

It looked to me like Stewart barely went down on the apron, lifted and came back up. Busch just couldn't slow down fast enough. When they showed it from inside Stewarts car you could see him loose before Busch ever touched him.
