I recently got a new flash for my camera. It's an SB800 and is used often for portrait shots. I messed around yesterday and took a couple of shots of my dogs. You can set the flash off to the side and it will fire along with the camera flash, giving a unique look to the photos.

I can tell the difference in lighting, I like it! Kinda like they are backlite. More importantly..........thats a BEAUTIFUL pair of setters!

I think you ought to get some portraits of those pups on point.

Great artwork, as we have come to expect. Nothing prettier than a setter, especially that tri-color.

No, I'm a wildlife biologist, photography is just a hobby, let's me "hunt" all year long...
