Thunderstorm,
The ones they had this mourning were going for ten dollars a lb.

Duckdawg,
I live out in the northern part of the county, down close to hargett.
Thanks, for the invite might look you up sometime,I liked the looks
of the ring necks on your web-site.Those are some fine looking dogs
you have also.I've never tried pheasant hunting before like to try
it sometime.Gsp don't think so!I don't bird hunt,but looks real
interesting.I like to watch those dogs work birds.

sorry GSP don't know him, does he run trials out at central wma? ohh gotta have a pointer or setter to do any good!!!!lol
Spurrs, we duck hunt out that way all the time, down around Fox.
all those pheasants were from a tower shoot (20 guys). we went up there to work our dawgs, can't beat getting 30 retrieves in one day!!! yea y'll have to look us up!!
Spurrs & Duckdawg, Thanks for the reply. Why I asked was, I sold him a GSP pup out of my bitch. That is the only pup that I don't have a tab on. He was looking for a grouse dog and I was wondering how it he was doing. He was the best looking male of the litter.
Duck- Do you all allow GSPs in your trials? I know some people that may be interested. My dogs are not that good of water retrievers to run against labs.

GSP: Eligibility:
all purebred lab retrievers, chessies, goldens, curly-coats, flat coats, irish water spaniels, boykin sp, american water sp, english sp, nova scotia duck trolling retriever, and poodles, reg with akc or ckc, boykin society or Amer field dog are eligible to enter in licensed nahra events. other purebreds and other registries may also be approved by board of directors. a dog that is unreg. or reg with unapproved registry or is from ineligle breed may participate in test if it has been issued a field trial number (FTN). dogs holding FTN are not eligible for the titles, but are eligible for the brass band program and can run in the regional field tests.
nahra is awesome, you would like it...we have upland tests with live flyers, and trailing tests in the intermediate and senior levels. so you all should come on out!!!
