On the news @ 6:30 am

Auk and I were sitting here this morning watching channel 18 out of Lexington, when the news broadcaster told of 2 awful events that happened recently...
First, a man was killed in a fire because he couldn't get out of his wheelchair....the fire started in the motor of his wheelchair. That would have to be one of the worst situations to be in. Bless his heart.
And then, a metal ball fell from a flagpole and hit a 63 year old...I am not sure if it killed that man or not. The guy was working around the pole when it happened.
Can you imagine? Awful way to go....

The first way (in the wheelchair) would be terrible indeed. The 2nd way, while also bad would be a much better way to go than many, many folks have to face. Think about it; a smack on the head, the lights go out, you're gone, open your eyes and you are standing where most Christians are dying to go. Not really that bad after all.
