My hunting campers were broken into some time in the last couple of weeks on Barton Ferry Road in Grayson County. They broke two windows, damaged some locks, tresspassed on posted land, and stole a 5500 watt generator. The campers are back home now, they won't get a second chance.

These losers need to get a job and find a career and learn what it takes to be a responsible adult. It has to be a sad life when all you know how to do is steal. Next time they need to try it when I am there, but they are cowards with a big yellow stripe down their back.

I am personally offering a $1000 reward(payable in cash) for any information leading to the arrest of these punks or recovery of stolen generator.

Man, I know how you feel. one of my houses was stripped of copper this summer. Got $200.00 worth of copper did $10,000.00 damage. Will keep my ear to the ground since your in my neck of woods and I'm in construction.
I'm not in for rewards but would like to see these losers brought to justice or maybe fall down some steps somewhere. I've started mounting cheap trail cams around jobs and my camp up in trees. I put the word out and haven't been bothered lately. Knock on Wood. Good luck with these losers. I have many friends at the jail, if they get caught, might be able to get them a "nice" roommate.

Thankyou all for the responses...believe it or not I was hunting on the back half of the property next to last weekend of rifle, and I heard a truck horn go off in the front half. At the time didn't think much about it, lot of people hunt in the area....got back to the truck at dark, nothing seemed out of place, now I think someone got into the truck and accidentally bumped the horn because their wasn't anyone hunting close and no vehicles were around except mine. But ironically the same day from the woods I seen a pickup with two kids in it pass by(the only vehicle in 8 hours of hunting) and a short time later the horn went off.

I started putting the pieces together in my head over the last few days....I remember what the truck looked like, I will be looking for them again in the future. Can't prove nothing at this point, but I sure would like to talk to them....

I got a real good look at them and I remember thinking what a nice truck it was for a couple of punk kids.

Lookin for a Ford F250 4x4 (All White) 2000 or newer, shiny chrome rims, very clean truck!!!

The reward still stands for any info now or in the future fella's, but I will make it more interesting....$1000 for each individual involved, and for stolen property if recovered. And knowing a lot of you fella's archery hunt, will give you a season of archery hunting in 2007 on my 120 acre farm as a bonus.

I can replace the generator cheaper, no problem, but the look on my wife's face when we drove up to the camper's could have told a thousand words. She was legitimately spooked....that won't fly. We camp with our kids there during the summer and fall, I want them to feel comfortable when we are there.

Thanks
Dave
