I got my son home with my daughter in law , and that wife of 32 years. The only hunting item I have received was socks. You know it doesn't need to be a lot as long as you have friends and family.

My wife surprised me with a new Bose home theatre system, she spent waay too much! My old system was a pretty decent JBL setup that sounded great, but the Bose system I listened to a couple of weeks ago was just awesome! Soooo, my 'muffinbutt' went out and bought it for me.
I think I'll keep her....

I bought my father one of those Rapla electric fillet knives. I have never used one, but I hear people who won't use anything else. Have you ever used one? If so how well does it work? I have always used a regular manual fillet knife.
I also got a moultrie game cam, camo shirt, camo coffee mug and thermous, cordless drill and very nice camo 6-in-1 parka that I am afraid is too small!
Got a digital camera!

I have 3 of those rapala electric fillet knives, they are WONDERFUL! I can fillet a 3 man limit of "eyes" on Erie(18) in about 20 minutes!Don't ask me how, but as many times as I have "touched" myself with them, I have yet to draw my own blood!Knocking on wood now!:D
A chronograph....no more guessing on those reloads and relying on the book numbers, (Oh' and some wordworking tools and a new creeper for working on the car)

Clothes (not hunting related), one of those shakeable LED flashlights that doesn't need batteries for around the house, (2) 3 watt 80 lumen LED flashlights and a Surefire 60/120 lumen flashlight. I guess folks knew I needed more flashlights. I can never find one when I need it. :D Any of the last three will blind a man if he's looking directly into it when turned on... don't ask me how I know that...:o (I think I have permanent retina damage to the left eye now.. lol)
Miami Vice complete second season DVDs and the recently released movie. A couple of CD's.
Also got some gift cards to Gander Mountain for whatever catches my eye next trip in. ;)

sectional and recliner, 100 gift certificate to cabela's, tennis shoes, golf glove and towel, season 6 of seinfeld, and I got to watch my two year old tear open presents for 2 days. Without a doubt the last one was the most meaningful.

Word to the wise about those flashlights that you shake.....They are a good item to have, but be careful because the will ruin a compass and that is a problem you dont want to have if you are lost in the dark!
