Make a call to an autozone, carquest, or advance auto parts to see if they rent out the tool you need. If so, they will require a deposit on the tool, which will be what the tool cost if you bought it,then you'll get it all back when you return the tool

Actually, the tool you need (I think) is a harmonic balancer puller. It has a bolt as a hub and several slotted arms and a mess of bolts. You run the bolts through the appropriate arms to drilled and tapped holes in the balancer, run the center screw into the loosened crankshaft bolt and smack the end of the puller bolt. It should pop off for you.
