Be an alternative alcohol fuel consumer. Drink Kentucky-made bourbon to combat high beer prices.

I guess I'll just have to go out and buy a few cases too fill up the "secret" beer fridge in my garage....come to think about it...I think the fridge is full. I guess I'll have to empty it next week in between hunting and painting one of my trucks...NO WORK OR CLASS!!!! I hope beer doesn't jump in price. I'll still buy it, although my Crown supply is looking good right now!:D

I guess there will be a glut of Rauchbier on the market! As for Bud Light or Miller Lite, there shouldn't be an increase. If there are hops in those beers, you wouldn't know it by me. Now Sierra Nevada IPA, that's another story!

As for the Bourbon, I admit to having a little sipper of Jimmy Russel's finest last evening while watching a gloom and doom story about the New Madrid fault on the History Channel last night.

Try some Breckenridge Brewery small batch 471 double-hopped IPA. Just one of them makes me pass out from all the hops, I'm not kidding, I will literally fall asleep after one beer and I drink hopped up ales all the time. If they make any more of that stuff it'll probably end up being $7 a bottle like Trappists. Well maybe not that bad. Sucks that Trappists are that much. Drink one of those and you will probably cry when you realize that you can't afford to drink that stuff regularly.
