that normally stay away from the LKS threads for whatever reason, I encourage you to consider the following:
We need your help on Monday, October 2nd at 6:00 PM at the Metro Council meeting. Wear your Orange to show Sportsmen's concern for the effect this Dog Ordinance will have on all Sportsmen. The Meeting is at the Old Court House on Jefferson between 6th and 7th Streets. 601 West Jefferson Street. We need all the support we can get. This is an Orange Alert. Although you may not live in Metro Louisville or Jefferson County it may not affect you now but will in the future. If you belong to an organization be there to show your support of that organization, wear your logo along with the Orange.
If you need more info contact me. Ed Mouser eemouser@aol.com
or by phone home 502-363-6412 cell 338-0513"
I personally have not read the lengthy ordinance but there are enough esteemed sportsmen from this community that feel that this important enough to convince me that it is. These gentlemen work very hard to protect our rights and make our voice heard so I feel it is our duty to support them. At the end of the day regardless of how you feel about crossbows, the LKS, or whatever the gripe of the day is, we must still unite when ANY potential threat or freedom is attacked. If nothing else, maybe we may learn something about how the process works and see that there truly is strength in numbers even when dealing with a council that is not hunter friendly or on our side in any capacity. So, call me cannon fodder but I will be there.
