We have tentatively scheduled a meeting with QDMA for the evening of Tuesday October 28th. The place and exact time need to be decided by us.

We also need to take steps in identifying individuals in all wildlife districts willing to take an active role in the local association. According to QDMA field rep's we can make a run out of a State Chapter first in conjunction and to encourage local branches.

Sounds like we are moving ahead. For those of you on my e-mail list, this will be repeated there as well. For those wanting to get involved in this endeavor please forward your e-mail to me. We may need to hash things out online or in person depending upon the general consensus.

I'd suggest getting a building on Game Farm Rd. That would be kinda central to everybody. Gassett is a member of the QDMA, and should be able to make this happen.
