I have a Nikon Monarch 3x9x40 that I am not using. It is less than a year old (was bought in jan.) and still have the warranty papers and box.It has just slight ring marks, and never been in the woods.
A boy that works with me is looking for scope such as I described and wanted to know what I wanted for it.
Is $175.00 a reasonable price?

It's listing for $300 in Cabelas. For someone wanting that scope, I'd call that a steal at your price.

Multi...where is your source? I can have the Monarch in my door for $195 I know all companies are a little different, but $30 is significant in the world of profit.

Went to their website and they didn't even list the Monarch. The Pro Staff and Buckmaster were the same prices as Cabela's and Bass Pro.
