If you have a box of ammo let's say half shot up.You buy another box the same brand , type, and grain with different lot numbers. Will that drastically affect accuracy?

They will be close to the same, but not exact. Factory ammo is loaded to a velocity spec. and different lots can have completely different powder used as long as the muzzle vel. is the same.

Ditto the above.

The POI is usually very close to the same, and you likely won't ever notice a difference unless you're shooting at long ranges and start measuring things. The biggest problem is that some lots just don't group as well as others, even though they may have the same POI.
