Does anyone use a pop up camper to deer hunt out of? If so, what do you do to stay warm?

I have used my pop-up camper for many years on deer hunts in Kentucky and out west. We use to just suffer and get warm by the fire and use our down sleeping bags. Not any more, I purchased a Heater Buddy and it is great. It has a carbon dioxide and a tip sensor that cuts off the machine when either are detcted. It makes the pop-up as warm and cozy as a cabin.

I take my pop up to Michigan every year, it usually gets in the mid 20's at night. I started off with a buddy heater and it would knock the chill off but you would still get cold. I bought a Big Buddy and it works great.

Down at our camp a couple of guys used a small electric heater and electric blankets...If you have access to electricity you may give that a try.

I use a Buddy heater, although my camper has a propane furnace, I have never used it. I have an Aliner with all hard sides that fold up, no canvas so its better insulated.

Thanks for the info. I've heard it elsewhere that those Heater Buddy's were good. So, now I just have to find one.
